Processing and Delivery:
- The Luxe Crown hair products have a processing time of 3-5 business days.
- Once processed, your order will be shipped to the provided address and is expected to arrive within 5-12 business days, depending on the Country you're in.
- Please ensure shipping to an actual address, as we do not ship to P.O boxes.
- A tracking number will be provided upon shipment for your convenience.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
- In case of inconveniences, please contact the designated shipping carrier for assistance.
- Most of our packages will be shipped with DHL. Please note that DHL deliveries typically require a signature. To avoid delivery delays, make sure to sign up for a non-contact signature release as soon as you receive your tracking information. This allows DHL to deliver your package without requiring a signature.
- If you do not authorize a non-contact signature release and no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package and you request a re-shipment, a $60 re-shipment fee will need to be paid before the package can be sent out again.
