Shipping & Customs Notice

  • At The Luxe Crown Hair Company, all orders are processed directly through our trusted vendor in China and will be shipped via FedEx or DHL. Due to tariffs implemented during the Donald Trump administration, international shipments might be subject to customs clearance fees.

  • Once you receive your shipping information, please pay close attention to any emails regarding your order. (IF) you are prompted to make a customs clearance payment, you must cooperate with the shipping company to complete the process promptly. This will help ensure your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

  • Important: If your order is not cleared in time and gets returned to us, a $60 re-shipment fee will apply to have it sent again.

Processing and Delivery:

  • The Luxe Crown hair products have a processing time of 3-5 business days.
  • Once processed, your order will be shipped to the provided address and is expected to arrive within 5-12 business days, depending on the Country you're in.
  • Please ensure shipping to an actual address, as we DO NOT ship to P.O boxes.
  • A tracking number will be provided upon shipment for your convenience.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
  • In case of inconveniences, please contact the designated shipping carrier for assistance. 

 

Important DHL Delivery Update:

  • If your package is shipped by DHL. Please note that DHL deliveries typically require a signature. To avoid delivery delays, make sure to sign up for a non-contact signature release as soon as you receive your tracking information. This allows DHL to deliver your package without requiring a signature.
  • If you do not authorize a non-contact signature release and no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package and you request a re-shipment, a $60 re-shipment fee will need to be paid before the package can be sent out again.
